Police Say Tip Leads To Arrest Of Man In Hit-And-Run That Killed Aquana Aneitra Kincy On Lee Highway

Chattanooga Police said a tip led to the arrest of a man for a hit-and-run that killed 37-year-old Aquana Aneitra Kincy on Lee Highway on Sept. 24.

Korey Lamar Reeves, 49, is charged with leaving the scene involving a fatality, failure to render aid, and failure to report an accident. 

Police said, "On Wednesday, the Chattanooga Police Department Traffic Division received an anonymous tip regarding a possible suspect vehicle that may have been involved in this fatal hit and run.
 
"Working with information provided, CPD Traffic Investigators were able to locate the vehicle, a black 2008 Lincoln Town Car, along with Korey Reeves, the vehicle's owner.
 
"As a result of the evidence collected Reeves was charged accordingly and is in custody at the Hamilton County Jail."
