Councilwoman Demetres Coonrod and Corri Bischer will host a Home Ownership workshop Saturday at Greater Second Baptist Church from 10 a.m.-1 p.m.

"Our goal for District 9 and surrounding area is to turn 100 renters into home owners," said Concilwoman Coonrod. "Real estate is a sound investment that offers wealth-building opportunities."
